Father suspects son of homosexual activities, reports to security

Six people alleged to be homosexuals were arrested in Dukku local government of Gombe.

Sources in Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Dukku command have confirmed to YERWA EXPRESS NEWS the arrests.

Locals who choose to be anonymous said that the alleged persons were identified when the father of one of the boys they serially abuse suspected foul play and raised an alarm.

The young boy's identity and those of his parents could not be published for security reasons.

The boy's father observed that his child lavishly spends money beyond comprehension.

Consequently, he reported the case to NSCDC for investigation.

Following the investigation, it was found that the boy was being sexually abused by some persons believed to be gays.

He disclosed the name of the six persons to the Command who refused to grant permission for publication.

They are subsequently handed over to the state command of the NSCDC.

According to the law of Nigeria, all homosexual activities are illegal, punishable by 14 years of imprisonment.
